A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Twenty-four (24), Township Twenty-seven (27) North, Range Fourteen (14) West of the Indian Meridian, Woods County, Oklahoma, described as follows: Beginning at a point 499.5 feet West of the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter thence West 100 feet, thence due North to the center line of the C.R.I & P. Railway Right-of-Way, thence in a Nrtheasterly direction following the center line of said Right-of-Way to a point due North of the point of beginning thence South to the point of beginning.

This round top building has a walk-in and roll up door at the south end. There is also a roll up door at the north end.
