of the Southeast Corner of said Northeast Quarter of Section
24, thence North 91 feet to the South line of the C.R.I. & P.,
Railway Right-of-Way, thence in a Northeasterly Direction
along said Right-of-Way for a distance of approximately 156
feet; thence South 120 feet to the South Boundary line of said
Northeast Quarter; thence West on the South boundary line
of said Quarter Section a distance of 150 feet to the place of
beginning.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

This round top building has a walk-in and roll up
door at the south end. There is also a roll up door at the north
end. Inside there is a small room in the southwest corner that
